Southeast Toyota Finance - When my wife's car got repoed
Really didn't see this coming afterwards we paid past due amounts in full via money wire thats what you all recommended . Trying to get the vehicle back was ridiculous the customer has to make arrangements with someone we did not hire after talking to three different people no one could tell me when we could get the car nor the condition of the vehicle.
I was told if there was damage i would have to take that up with the recovery company , does this void my warranty? By this time you must know my wife made some mistakes obviously people do . I personally dont think your company in where ever should be calling out of state when theirs so many scams out their to notify the buyer there in a bind. We really made a mistake financing thru this company and i hope that thru the web i can share my experience with others .
This is how you treat people that pays for your well being . In the future i would hope that you would review your procedures to see If as a company you tried ro solve problems not make it worse.
I wish i could reach out to all your future custermers great cars terrible company .Thank you in advance Mr.Dennis E. Fowler

ANOTHER SORRY RANT!
Payments were NOT made on time according to the contract she agreed within. SHE failed to do that and SHE caused the repo and consequences.
Note...SHE brought this upon herself, not them.
However, in typical deadbeat fashion, what you're trying to do is nitpick them as a sorry smokescreen to try to deflect the real issue here. As obvious as the rising as the sun...if she would have made payments on time, SHE would not have caused a repo and no, I don't work for them!
For starters I have always been employed I'm 45 years old my wife is also employed teaching for the last 22 years . I'm sure that she knew she was a little behind.
But not to this extent !! She never answers out of state calls. I'm sure they have her email waiting to see proof that they sent a letter? For crying out loud our tax dollars bailed the big three out of bankruptcy I don't recall anyone repoing their collateral wonder why we gave them a chance to get it right.
Now for your info I don't think Toyota sells anything on average that I can't afford this is just to make a point....Dennis E. Fowler
None of this matters. She was late.
Not wanting to answer out of state calls???
That's ridiculous! She caused the repo and now you're trying to throw up some kind of feeble smoke screen and no, I don't work for them.
