Southeast Toyota Finance - Unbelievable
I missed two car payments: I take full responsibility for that. My car was repossessed and I was very understanding that this was the consequence of me breaching my payment agreement.
2 days after my car was repoed I was given a quote to reinstate my car- I had the money that very same day. I sent it in immedialty and called SETF to find out when I would be able to get my car back. The rude and unhelpful customer service agent told me a few to 72 hours. She decided not to mention that they would be closed for the Christmas holiday....for 3 weeks.
My car is sitting in a a repo lot, I paid almost 2 grand out of pocket, and there is absolutely NO ONE in this company who can help as they seem to need three weeks off work when everyone else in the world gets 1 or 2 days. I have been waiting over 10 days to get my car back, this should be illegal. I have not been able to go to work for 2 weeks now, when I had the money THE DAY IT GOT REPOED.
And now my next car payment is due but I missed two paychecks. I know that situations like mine arenโt a priority for you but this is insane.
