I have been out of work on disability for a year and I have managed to get all my payments caught up until September when Hurricane Irma Came and I was without power and displaced 3 1/2 weeks. My September bill was due on September 26th .

I reached out asking for an extension for September and was informed that they were no longer giving free extensions for hurricane victims as of October 1st. I told her that I don't get my disability Check on the 27th of each month and I would not even be able to pay the extension payment until October 27th. Not only was I harassed with collection calls everyday until October 26, 2017 when I asked to speak to Manager regarding the ceases and desist policy. As stated to the manager once again my intentions of obtaining on my account when I received my my disability check the next day.

When I attempted to request the extension online, I received an error message and was instructed to call customer service. I called customer service on October 31, 2017 @ 9:24 am and was told that, now since my October bill has become due I am unable to get an extension for September!!! September must be paid in FULL. and then they would give me an extension on October which is 3 days past due.

I am a disabled veteran and I have been with Southeast Toyota over 6 years and they are terrible to their customers. Sometimes life happen and bad things happen to good people; the customer service reps make you feel horrible, they make you want to give up throw in the towel and the VEHICLE and not pay them another blood and tear stained dime.

Enough is enough!!! I have always purchased Toyota but if I EVER have to finance through World Omni Financial Corp or Southeast Toyota Finance I will never by another TOYOTA or allow anyone I know and love to either there are just too many other options out there.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Southeast Toyota Finance Cons: Poor customer relations, Harassing phone calls, Cause barriers for customers to pay off loan, Need to do a better job.

Southeast Toyota is requesting for me to send the year, make, model and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of my vehicle and/or my name.

Who and where do I send this info to?

When I call the customer service number above my call is routed directly to collections... This is horrible!!!
