We got our final bill to outright own our RAV4. A few days later we wake up to find it missing from the driveway, turns out it was repoed.

Why? We were one payment behind and some little extra from a couple previous months that we cleared with them while we fell in hard times. We received no calls, letters, or emails that this was even something to worry about. SETF stole our car when we paid every month.

Still in process to get it back from the repo guys. Customer service is deplorable, demeaning, and uneducated in their own policies. We've been lied to, stolen from, and run around the bush.

Absolutely despicable company I urge you to stay away from. Crooks in every sense of the word.

Knows nothing? The complainer was behind in their payments which they fully admitted here. They caused the repo.
