The minute you get a live representative they ask in a very curt unwelcoming way how they may help you. With disgust in there voice and a tone as if you are bugging them the continue to ask questions.

I was even told I wasted 3 minutes while I was on the phone while I was asking questions. The representatives sound like they are on the other line smacking their gum waiting for you to get off the phone. Once you ask a questions they are immediately on the defense and are very argumentative even when you are trying to agree with them. I had one lady tell me to stop debating with her, when I actually stated I agreed with what she said.

I don't think she knew the meaning of debating. The use a lot of terms like typically, usually, etc very grey terminology which when you are trying to get a straight answer they can't give it to you. When you accept the option to take a survey it just hangs up on you and never allows you to take the survey. I am guessing for the amount of "stellar" reviews they have on this site they probably don't want anyone to take a survey.

I was also told that there website is not completely accurate with payment and had to call in to let them know a payment was made. I was shocked to hear this because I use the website constantly not just with them but with every account I have. More than 72 hours after a payment was made I was asked to FAX a document showing payment. I was told there was not a email address I could send a pdf to, who doesn't have email?

Probably explains why their website isn't accurate as well. Four representatives I spoke with could see the payment was posted however I still was asked to send a FAX that wouldn't be reviewed or updated to my account for 24 hours. Now the website takes money from a routing number from my bank account not a credit card so it not like it would process if the money wasn't available. Their systems are archaic, their representatives are rude, and they hide behind grey terminology.

If you want to make sure your payments are received in timely automated manner, systems that match the times, and a straight answer I would not use them for financing. I have read many of these reviews and from what I experienced they are pretty accurate descriptions. Yes, life happens to people, they get behind, and yes its essentially their fault. However, these reviews are about the company and the people who represent them.

Read between the people stories and you will see a pattern which all point to bad business models, disgusting representatives, and lack of services. This company does not diverse your money take the more expensive financing options because literally you get what you pay for for this company. No need for a cordial next response I will not be calling your customer service department to discuss further.

I have already called and that is what is prompting me to write this review. If you want to make things right train your employees, listen to your recorded calls, and truly read the reviews on the people that represent your company.
