Between my wife, my son, and myself we own 3 Toyotas. My wife made an electronic payment by phone or e-mail and rec'd notice that payment hadn't been made.

We had proof the payment was made by a conformation number, but Toyota dropped the ball. When she called to give the conformation number the idiots at Toyota wouldn't speak to her unless I was on the line and verified who I was. To accept a conformation number??? What kind of horse-*** is that????

*** me off that she had to call me out of a conference for me to tell them she could talk on my behalf. Although I like the reliability of a Toyota, I'll probably shop elsewhere in the future.

There are plenty of dealers a lot closer to my house than Toyota.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
