Been with SETF for 2 years now.I was making on time payments.

I fell behind on payments. They say I'm 85 days past due which is 3 months to them. I thought 90 days equals 3 months. My phone broke that was associated with my account so I gave them an alternate number to contact with.

They never once called me to let me know anything, but when I tried to call them I would get disconnected. So when I got my phone fixed they called me to ask about payment. I asked them why they didn't call my alternate, they didn't bother to put it down. Now they say my car is up for repossion.

If they would have called the alternate this could have been avoided.Pathetic customer service.
