I called customer service this morning. The representative was nice at first.

She asked to place Mr on a brief hold. Once she got back on the phone is became rude and begin to rush me off of the phone! I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with anyone.

She simply stated that she had already spoke with her supervisor. I was left with unanswered questions and and unresolved issue.

I was very dissatisfied because I’ve been out of work since August 29 I was receiving unemployment up until December so I was unable to make my December payment so I asked for an extension and was told I still had to pay money when I didn’t have no income I’m just starting back work and I don’t get paid until the end of January so I asked for extension again and was told I still had to pay money I don’t understand why I’m very dissatisfied because I’ve never been late with the payment

First was good, after I paid off the loan balance and tried to get the car title and cancellation letter, it was impossible to get a hold of any one there . Because I moved to Puerto Rico, I can't get those documents and when I call, the operator says, your call can't be completed from the area code you are calling. We are on the map and have Toyota dealers here. WOW!!!!!
