SouthEast Toyota Finance complaint
My husband and I both have great credit and pay all of our bills on time. But the Southeast Toyota Finance Company sends out their monthly statements to their borrowers 5 to 6 days before the due date. Even I have a hard time getting the bill paid and back to them before it is oast due. I have to pay the bill the day it comes in the mail and send it right back. I called the Attorney General's Office and will be filing a complaint. This company claims they send the bill out 20 days before the due date but this is not true in our case. So far we have made 4 payments and every bill has come 5 or 6 days before it is due. So if you get a loan from them beware of this billing sceam. I think that it is possible they want to force their consumers to get the auto debit billing method instead. Why not just send us a coupon book like most companies???

setf is the worst one week after financing my car i was called back to the dealer and forced to sign a new loan paper work. they even called the police and told me if i did not sign they would take the car. i should have let them take i had allready put several hundred miles on it.

I had had the same problem for almost 2 1/2 years now. Live in central fl and the bill always comes about 5 days prior to due date. this is not right.................

Had a loan with them for 5 years. About to pay it off. Not once had a problem. My statement comes in plenty of time but even so I rarely open it. Usually it goes right in the trash. I just keep up with everything from their web site. I've mailed a check every month for that past 58 months and they have gotten every single one.

I've had many problems with Southeast Toyota finance. They are comparable to Sprint in terms of hidden fees, customer service, and billing issues. I can write an entire page about problems i have faced, and i have only been leasing for under a year so far.

I totally understand your pain. Prior to paying off my car, i had the same problem as well. They only mail your statements couple of days before it's due. Especially if you wanted to pay it off. I always received my mail on the day i had to turn in the payment if i wanted to pay it in full. They are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service and I'll either pay cash for my next toyota or buy a different car (heck, I need to upgrade. Ferrari it is :))

welcome to Southeast toyota finance. They are horrible to deal with. They have no concept of what customer service is. I'd refinance if you can.
