SouthEast Toyota Finance complaint by Msbaton

Setf calls me all the time. They even call me a week before my payment is due to ask for payment. When I need them to do something for me it takes forever to hear from them ,but if I'm a day late on my payment they have their Indian lackeys calling me six times a day. Funny thing is the Indian people they have working for them always want to deal with my husband because I'm a woman. They refuse to talk to me. I just don't answer the phone anymore when they call. I hate this company and will never finance with them again. In fact my husband and I love our toyota ,but will buy a honda next time so that we don't have to deal with them.

I purchased a used chrysler from Toyota and I found out that they over charged me for the vehicle so now I am so up-side down that I can't even see straight. I can't refinance the vehicle with my bank. I tried to refinance the car one week after I purchased it and then my bank wanted me to pay $3200 as a down payment in order to refinance. This is how I found out that I was overcharged. The BBB or the Attorney Generals Office did nothing to help me. Now that I am so far behind on my car payment I want to volunteer to turn in the vehicle from what I hear if thay can't resale the vehicle for what I owe I would be responsible for the balance. "HELLO you shouldn't have overcharge me in the first place" How much more can a consumer take. Rip-off are very ugly and for this SETF should be forced to bankrupt because of their unfair trading practices. I AM PISSED!!!!!!
