Horrible customer service refused to correct an honest error. I will NEVER use SETF in future!

Automated payments are doomed to get you in trouble. A simple error cost me- without notification by SETF, my record currently stands incorrect and SETF refuses to clarify.

It seems to me that SETF is engaged in predatory practices.

I tried to make an automated payment, followed the prompted instructions incorrectly and was charged for non-sufficient funds. The automated system was not clear to me- the amount reported as "owed" by the system was inaccurate, so I called to sort it out.

I later found out that I made a mistake and transposed a number while trying to make a payment, then also found out that the the system gave me an amount that did not bring my account current.

In the end I was charged for my mistake in addition to what I consider vague instructions in their system.
